What is my username or password?
Your password is the email address you signed up with. In the upper right corner of the screen, click on the third icon from the right. The login page will appear, click the ‘Forgot your password’ link located below the email address field. Enter the email address you signed up with and click the ‘Submit button’ to receive a reset link via email. Open the email in your inbox and follow the instructions.  Customer passwords must be a minimum of 5 characters long. Special characters are allowed.

Would I need to set up another account for different purchasers?
Yes, one purchaser per account.

When will order arrive?
Shipments arrive in approximately 7-10 days from the date of order unless products are on back order. An order status page was displayed after payment and emailed to your account email. On the order status page, you can opt to receive updates via by text or by email. Once the order is shipped the shipping number will be emailed to you. You can track your order by clicking on the tracking number in the order status email.

How long will it take for my tax exempt status to be approved?
 
The outcome of your tax exemption certificate review will be emailed to you within 72 hrs of submittal.  Upon approval, you can begin shopping with tax exempt status for the ship to locations detailed in your certificate immediately. If you were denied, you can utilize the link provided in the rejection email to resubmit.

Has my tax exempt status been approved?
You will be notified via email if your tax exempt status has been approved or rejected.  Feel free to contact our customer service department for an update by filling out the form on the Contact Us page available in the navigation bar.

Why was my tax exempt status rejected?
There are several reasons why tax exempt status would be denied. Please contact our customer service department for an update by filling out the form on the Contact Us page available in the navigation bar for a specific explanation and next steps.

What if I want to buy pallets quantities?
Our customer service department can facilitate pallet quantity purchases. Please fill out the form on the Contact Us page or call us at 855-845-9302.

Are all products returnable?
Products that arrive damaged are returnable. To enter a return request, visit our Returns Center at https://buyregard.com/a/returns.


What is the process to return a product?
Click on the ‘Returns’ link located in the site navigation and enter the email address and order number.  Follow the prompts, select the item to return and submit the return request.  Returns are only accepted for faulty or damaged items.

Can I cancel my order?
An order can be cancelled prior to fulfillment. Once the first products from your order have been picked from the warehouse, your order can not be cancelled. Contact customer service by filling out the form on the Contact Us page or call us at 855-845-9302.

Can I add or remove items from my order?
Items can be added or removed from the order prior to receiving your shipping number.

Can I change the ship to address on my order?
